    Acquired some land on St. Rt. 37 recently. I had an excellent and safe access to 37 planned. But ODOT didn't approve my plans, and made their own area for access driveway, which will cause me to construct a 75 foot road to my property, greatly increasing cost of constructing a driveway access. They (ODOT) claimed, for safety reasons, that they are requiring me to put my driveway directly across Rt. 37 from a field driveway which is rarely used. Most driveways in the area are NOT across from other driveways. I just don't understand.
